Serve On A Ministry Team

Serving faithfully on a ministry team is a key strategy for people to grow their faith and thrive. It would be expected that all people who call Southcliff their "home" would serve regularly with a ministry team.

Scripture:

John 13:35
“By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Details:

God has gifted you and made you unique for a reason. By serving on a ministry team, you have the opportunity to use the gifts that God has given you. Community begins to form between you and others that are serving the Lord when you serve on a ministry team. This is an excellent place to make new friends.  Jesus said that His followers would be recognized by their love for one another. Serving on a ministry team allows you to express the love of Jesus for “one another.” To decide on the best ministry team for you:

• Talk with others about the ministries in which they serve.
• Try out ministries to see how you might fit.
• Pray about where God would like you to serve.
• Attend Discover Southcliff class to identify your spiritual gifts and how they can be used.
