Participate In Leadership In Your Ministry

There are many roles within ministries, including everything from being a key leader to providing support to the leadership of a ministry. Whereas it can be easier to find a simple ministry that is far below your spiritual giftedness, taking on a larger leadership role within a ministry can challenge your growth as a believer.

1 Peter 4:10
“As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”

Details:

• Look within the ministry in which you serve and view the various roles it has.
• Talk with friends or the leadership of the ministry you serve in to see what roles might be available to you.
• Try out some of those roles on a short-term basis to see if they challenge your spiritual growth.
