Southcliff has one of the largest English as a Second Language (ESL) in North Texas.  Classroom education, materials, childcare, and snacks are totally free.  We accept students from all faiths and backgrounds. If you plan to attend you can fill out our "ESL Registration Form."

ADULT ENGLISH CLASSES

We offer seven levels of English for adults and older teens who need English education.  There is no need to preregister.  Just come to ESL at 6:30 PM and you will be given two tests (oral and written).  After your test is evaluated, you will be assigned to a class.

US CITIZENSHIP CLASS

We offer a free classes to assist adults who are preparing for their U.S. Citizenship exam.  Many of our former students are now United State citizens.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS

While parents are in class, we have programs for children (Kindergarten - Grade 6) and teens (Grades 7-12).  During this time, children and teens play games, listen to stories, and eat snacks.  At times, we will have tutors available to help them with school work. 

LOVING PRESCHOOL CARE

Parents can bring their children (birth through Pre-K) to Southcliff's Discover Lane on Thursday nights.  Our goal is to give quality care to Preschoolers while their parents are in class.

We utilize MinstrySafe to screen and train workers and volunteers with preschoolers, children, and teenagers.
