Participate In Worship Weekly
Worship is loving God with everything you have: all your heart, mind,
soul, and strength. By attending worship services whenever you are not
sick, you are placing a priority on God in your life. Obviously, if you
or family members are sick, it is expected that you would not attend
worship. On the other hand, if you are traveling, that can be a fun time
to visit other churches and worship with them.
Scripture:
Mark 12: 30
 "You
shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your
soul, and with all  your mind, and with all your strength."
Hebrews 10:24-25
"And let us consider how we may
spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting
together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another
 – and all the more, as you see the Day (Jesus’ return) approaching."
Details:
Most people
have events that they almost never miss such as watching sports teams,
seeing movies, attending certain parties, etc. They regularly go to
events that are important to them or to the people they love. The Bible
teaches that worshipping together is important to a person who wants to
thrive. For that reason, you are encouraged to make worshipping with
your Southcliff family a priority.  Every Christian is unique and
important to the worship at Southcliff. There is no one else like you.
In addition, you are teaching others by example that Jesus is important
and that worshipping with His church is important. Your church needs you
here as we all worship together!
