Thrive Pathway Activity 43

Read the Bible Five to Seven Days a Week

In a diet, the more you eat of healthy foods the healthier you will be. Eating healthy inconsistently or on occasion will not provide the health you desire. In the same way, how much time you spend reading God’s Word and applying it to your life will determine your spiritual health. Regular and consistent time learning from God’s Word will improve your spiritual health.

Scripture:

Ephesians 6:17
"And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."

Isaiah 40:8
"The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever."

Details:

  • Determine a time and place for reading God’s Word.
