What is Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut is a fine arts and sports day camp for children 4 years old through 5th Grade.
There will be fun activities including soccer, basketball, martial arts, music, crafts, playground games, and Bible stories...all wrapped up in a lot of fun with new and old friends.
Who is sponsoring Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut is a free gift to the community from the family ministry of Southcliff Church.

Where will Spring BreakOut be held?
Spring BreakOut will be at McLean 6th Grade Center: 3201 S. Hills Ave, Fort Worth
When is Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut will be Sunday, March 16th through Wednesday March 19th
What time does Spring BreakOut happen?
Spring BreakOut will start every day at 1:30 PM and finish at 5:30 PM. For safety your child will need to dropped off and picked up each day in the building by an adult.
What children can participate in Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut is for children who are in PreKindergarten through 5th Grade (FWISD standard for PreK is 4 years old by September 1, 2024)
How much does Spring BreakOut cost?
Spring BreakOut is FREE, but we do need your child(ren) to be registered. Parent may preregister or do a walk-up registration.
Does my Child have to attend a FWISD school or Southcliff Church to participate?
No. Spring BreakOut is for any and all children from the community who are 4 years old by September 1, 2024 through 5th grade.
Do I have to register my child for Spring BreakOut?
Yes. Please click here to preregister. If you have any problems or questions, call us at (817) 924-2241 or email kids@southcliff.com . If preregistration is no longer available you may do a walk up registration when dropping off children.
Can we register for Spring Breakout at the door?
Yes. However, preregistration is preferred. That will help us better prepare for your child. Each child gets a free T-shirt (limited quantities). By registering early, your child has a better opportunity to get the right size T-shirt and not have a wait in lines on the first day.
What kind of activities will my child be doing at Spring BreakOut?
During Spring BreakOut, children will have an opportunity to participate in all activities including: soccer, basketball, music, crafts, playground games and martial arts! Snacks and rally time (music and Bible stories) will also be available for all children who attend. Please register early so we can make the best plans for your child.
Who is staffing Spring BreakOut?
This day camp is staffed by volunteers who want every child to have a great experience. All of our coaches and volunteers all have had background checks and sexual abuse prevention training, as well as, safety training. If you are interested in becoming part of the team please send an email to ruth@southcliff.com.
What other things will be happening at Spring BreakOut?
On Wednesday March 19 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM all Spring BreakOut participants and all their family are invited to join us at Southcliff Church (4100 SW Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76109) for a Family Cookout and Carnival. Food, fun, music and it’s all Free!
What kind of safety plan will you have?
Safety is a high priority for us at Spring BreakOut. We will have a trained First Aid team available for all of our participants if needed. We will also have Fort Worth Police officers on site with us.
Each day, your child will receive a name tag with a unique security number on it. You will receive a security tag with your child’s number on it. When you arrive to pick up your child you simply show your security tag to the check out team and they will match it your child’s name tag security number.
