What is Share Week?

Southcliff's Share Strategy exists to help you share the love and message of Jesus with the world. 

Share Week provided opportunities and training events every day for individuals and families to serve our community, especially our local Share Partners.

You do not need to be a member to participate in Share Week.

Monday, September 20

Ministry Test Drive:

Beautiful Feet Ministries

8:00 AM - Noon

Have you ever wanted to serve Fort Worth's homeless but did not know where to begin? 

Volunteers are needed to Spend the morning preparing and serving meals to local homeless residents. 

Sign up in advance to experience one of the most dynamic ministries in Fort Worth. You will need to arrange your own transportation.

Preschool & Family Play Date

10:00 AM - Noon

Preschoolers and parents are invited to come, play, and learn about missions in Japan. 

We will have special Japanese-themed games, crafts, and snacks.

Registration is not needed.

Prayer Walking Your Neighborhood

6:00 PM

In advance, join the Southcliff Community Group:

At 6:00 PM watch a livestream orientation video and download the prayer guide.

Prayer walk your own neighborhood by yourself, or with family/friends.

Pastors' Bible Study

Southcliff Share Partner Akeem Smith is a church planter in Oakland, CA.  He leads Storyline Church.

Tonight's Pastor's Bible Study will be brought to us virtually by pastor Akeem.

Ministry Test Drive:
ESL Ministry

6:30 PM -8:00 PM

Southcliff's English as as Second Language (ESL) is the largest in Tarrant County.  With an influx of refugees coming to Fort Worth from Afghanistan and other places, we need additional volunteers.

Dr. Stu Cocanougher will give you a tour of our ministry highlighting volunteer opportunities including... teachers - children ministry - tutors for teens - kitchen ministry - welcoming & registration - basic needs

Food Sorting at the

Tarrant Area Food Bank

9:00 AM to Noon

There are thousands of families in North Texas who face food insecurity.  Volunteers are needed to sort food and prepare it for distribution. 

Please sign up in advance if you would like to spend the morning serving at the Tarrant Area Food Bank.  Email us below.  Let us know your name, phone number, and that you will be serving at the food bank on Sept. 24.


Friday, September 24

Family Night at the Ryan YMCA

Free Movie on the Lawn

Event Begins at 5:30 PM - Movie at Sunset

The Ryan Family YMCA has invited Southcliff families to attend their "Family Night."
They will have kids games, and obstacle course, Gaga Ball, and food trucks.
At sunset (around 7:20 PM) they will show the movie Madagascar on a screen on their lawn. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.

This is a great "salt and light" opportunity. Bring your family and wear Southcliff T-shirts. Make new friends in our community!


Saturday, September 25

Block Party:
Coventry at Cityview Apartments

11:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Southcliff will provide and free block party for the residents of Coventry at Citiview Apartments (5200 Bryant Irvin Road).

Our Preteens and families will cookout burgers & hotdogs, and provide sno cones & popcorn.

Southcliff Students will provide live music, face painting, and a bounce house.

Some of our Young Adults will be present to greet residents and invite them to Southcliff.
All volunteers will need to be at Coventry Cityview by 10:30 AM.
