What is Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut is a FREE Sports and Fine Arts camp that teaches God's Word through FUN activities!

Who is sponsoring Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut is completely sponsored by Southcliff Church, so that families can have FREE and FUN activities to do over Spring Break. If you would like to know more about Southcliff Church, check out southcliff.com  or join us for one of our two in person services. We have two main services EVERY Sunday one at 9:30AM and one at 11:00AM. We hope to see you there, our address is 4100 SW Loop 820.

Where will Spring BreakOut be held?
Spring BreakOut will be at Applied Learning Academy, 4212 Belden Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76132 .

 

When is Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut will be Sunday, March 15th through Wednesday March 18th.

What time does Spring BreakOut happen?
Spring BreakOut will start every day at 1:30 PM and finish at 5:30 PM. For safety your child will need to dropped off and picked up each day in the building by an adult.

What children can participate in Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut is for children who are in Pre-K4 through 5th Grade (FWISD standard for PreK is 4 years old by September 1, 2025).

How much does Spring BreakOut cost?
Spring BreakOut is FREE, but we do need your child(ren) to be registered. Child registration opens February 1st.

Does my Child have to attend a FWISD school or Southcliff Church to participate?
Spring BreakOut is for any child anywhere that falls in the category of 4 years old (as of 9/1/25) - 5th Grade.

Do I have to register my child for Spring BreakOut?
Yes, preregistration opens February 7th. Registration helps to know if your child has any allergies or they aren't allowed to have their photo taken.

Can we register for Spring Breakout at the door?
Yes. However, if you don't want to wait in long lines the day you get there, we recommend registering early.

What kind of activities will my child be doing at Spring BreakOut?
Spring BreakOut activities will include: acting, bible stories, basketball, crafts, kick ball, music, playground time, snack time, soccer, and wiffle ball.

Who is staffing Spring BreakOut?
This day is staffed by Southcliff Volunteers who have undergone child safety training and background checks. Southcliff Students (middle school-high school students) will also be partnering with our volunteers to help with Spring BreakOut. What kind of safety plan will you have?
Safety is a high priority for us at Spring BreakOut. We will have a trained First Aid team available for all of our participants and volunteers. We will also have Fort Worth Police officers on site with us.

Each day, your child will receive a name tag with a unique security number on it. You will receive a security tag with your child’s number on it. When you arrive to pick up your child you simply show your security tag to the check out team and they will match it your child’s name tag security number. If you register early you can also add emergency contact numbers, incase we can't reach you.
