3 Simple Steps!
All SERVE positions are organized around nine basic systems and a staff/leadership system. The systems operate to support all of our church strategies and age ministries. Explore the systems identified below and prayerfully consider which you would most like to serve. Each SERVE team has equally important responsibilities and each can use more members. First Serve and Special Events are short term SERVE opportunities. The other seven categories represent weekly or monthly responsibilities.
Hundreds of servers are needed each week. You may select the "best fit" option based upon your GRACE profile. Or you may prefer to try a position in a different area of interest or one that accommodates your schedule. The choice is yours. (Note: Specific qualifications may be required for certain positions.)
Step 1:
Complete a GRACE Profile. A personal inventory of Spiritual Gifts, Relational Styles, Abilities, Concerns, and life Experiences. Please allow a week for the data to be processed. (See online forms below)
Step 2:
Preview the list of SERVE opportunities for the “best fit” or select the opportunity that you would like to try based on interest, schedule, and availability. A ministry team leader will contact you in a timely manner.
Step 3:
Complete any requirements necessary. Accept your assignment. Go to work.
