ERIC PUTMAN

 

Eric Putman came to Southcliff in the summer of 2015 to be the youth minister. Eric graduated from Mid-America Christian University with a MA in Youth ministry/Family Counseling in 2002. He went on to receive a MA in Christian Leadership Studies from Liberty University. 

Eric is coming to us from Grace Community Church in Visalia, California where he has served for 9 years. Prior to that, he served on the Student MInistry team at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California for 2 years. 

Eric, Amy, and son Brayden moved to Fort Worth in 2015. They had a daughter, Alyssa Rae in December of 2016.

Since June, 2015 

Tell us about your family.

My beautiful wife, Amy, and I have been married since 2011. We have one son, Brayden, who was born in 2013 and one daugter, Alyssa, who was born in 2016.  

What was your first car? 

My first car was a 1989 Cutlass Ciera Oldsmobile that I bought from my grampa for $500. 

What was your favorite band/singer when you were a teenager?

DC TALK

What is your favorite way to spend a Saturday? 

Golfing, fishing, and hanging out with my family.

Divine Direction - Craig Groeschel; God Dreams - Will Mancini; The Hobbit - J.R.R. Tolkien

Where can you find the best Mexican food in Fort Worth?

So many good ones but my favorite is Mi Cocina's
