Tell us about your family.
My wife, Jana, is an elementary school librarian. My daughter, McKynna, and son, Greyson, attend Nazarene Christian Academy.
What was your first car?
A 1966 Chevrolet Caprice--my mom still has it.
What is something that you are known for?
My bright orange 1973 Volkswagen "Thing"
What is a book that you have read recently that you would recommend to others?
Living Water by Brother Yun. This was written by one of the leaders of the underground church in China. In this book, he compares the revival he experienced in China with the churches he has encountered in the West. It made me question how much of my faith is tied to my culture.
What was your favorite band/singer when you were a teenager?
Electric Light Orchestra (ELO)
What is your favorite way to spend a Saturday?
Watching my son play soccer, or riding my bike on the Trinity Trail.
