Led by Barbara Walker, this class is for ladies 18 and older. The focus is on strength and agility. If you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class will challenge you and improve your overall health. Barbara is an inspiring leader - once a member of the class who has seen great benefits from these exercise, AND the girls have a whole lot of fun getting fit.
